Bring photos, files, and voice into a lesson

Give the tutor context by attaching your working or using live voice. You need an active tutoring session; voice also needs microphone access and a supported browser.

  1. Open the active chat.
  2. Drag a photo, PDF, document, or supported text/code file into the conversation, or use the paperclip.
  3. Check the attachment pills before sending.
  4. Add a specific question, such as Which step did I get wrong?
  5. Send the message and review the response against the original question.

Use a bright, upright photo that includes the full problem and your own attempt. Remove unrelated personal details before attaching a worksheet.

Start Live voice from the tutoring session and allow microphone access when your browser asks. Speak one question at a time and pause to hear the response. Use headphones if the tutor’s audio feeds back into the microphone.

During live voice, you can drag a photo into the lesson. PDFs and documents use the normal text-chat attachment flow.

Read the displayed message before retrying. A credit limit or plan requirement points to billing; a temporary failure can be retried after a short wait. Generated images may take longer than text.
